The owner of Creek House in Muntinlupa City envisioned a modern and minimalist residence on their 250-square-meter lot. Trilogy PH responded with a design that maximizes the compact space while embodying the principles of contemporary elegance.
The home features an open-plan layout that enhances the sense of spaciousness, complemented by floor-to-ceiling glass windows that flood the interior with natural light. A strategically placed skylight above the staircase adds a touch of architectural intrigue, further illuminating the space and creating a sense of openness. An outdoor pocket garden provides a refreshing green retreat, seamlessly blending with the home’s minimalist aesthetic.
Creek House is defined by its clean rectangular shape and straight lines, which underscore its modern design. The thoughtful use of these elements ensures that every square meter of the lot is utilized effectively, resulting in a residence that is both functional and visually striking, as highlighted in BluPrint.
